I feel I must write to recommend the Warmfloorsonline for the quality of their customer service.
My initial contact with the company was a request for advice and guidance for a suitable product. Their response was both helpful and friendly allowing me to feel confident in placing an order which as promised arrived the following day before noon.
My next contact with the company was as a result of concerns expressed by the plumber that I had purchased too large a floor mat. Warmfloorsonline listened to the problem and while they could have made the situation difficult to resolve they instead recognised that my requirement to keep the work on schedule was paramount. Their was no hesitation in their offering to refund on the product (less handling costs) this attitude was most refreshing as they obviously recognise that customer service continues after the purchase has gone through.
This helpful attitude even extended to arranging for the floor mat to be returned. The cost was to be deducted from any refund which I was happy to agree to.
I have no hesitation in recommending Warmfloorsonline for its level of customer service and quality of its after sales support. They rise above other companies who having made the sale have no time for customer if they experience subsequent problems.
