As standard we include FREE NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY* to all UK mainland addresses (excluding, Channel Islands & Eire). Delivery outside the mainland UK may be arranged by prior agreement. You will be notified of the amount of the charge for this service and you will at that point have to make a decision whether you wish to proceed with your order.
Carbon Orders & Mirror DemistersAll carbon orders are made to measure and therefore do not qualify for next working day delivery.
We ship most Mirror Demisters via Royal Mail, and these items can take up to 5 working days for delivery.

How long does it take?
Items ordered before 1.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered next business day (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 4.00pm (assuming that the item is in stock). The standard delivery charge does not guarantee next day delivery; however every effort is made by us & the couriers to achieve this goal. Orders taken on Friday after 1.00pm, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on Tuesday. Orders taken on Friday before 1.00 pm will be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). However, WarmFloors Online relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to always deliver in a timely manner there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to deliver on the appointed day. This happens rarely, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. During peak times deliveries can take up to 3 working days.
Who do we use?
Orders addressed within the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and offshore islands are sent by APC Overnight, for smaller items such as Mirror Demisters we also use Royal Mail. You can choose any convenient delivery address, but you must arrange for someone to be present to receive and sign for the package on the expected delivery date.
If a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), a card will be left by APC or Royal Mail. You must then call the telephone number on the card to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery, if it’s a Royal Mail card you may have to go and collect your item from your local sorting office. APC will only attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you will be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to WarmFloors Online. Your credit / debit card will be credited your original total cost less the original delivery cost which is the full cost of delivery to you, plus any return delivery charges back to WarmFloors Online if we have collected the item.
What to do if there is a problem with the delivery
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please don't hesitate to give us a call on 0800 0433 195. We will contact APC or Royal Mail and call you back to let you know what's happening. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please call us on 0800 0433 195 or email: sales@warmfloorsonline.com within 7 days of delivery.
