We ship DM7005, 7010, 7020, 7030 via Royal Mail "Signed For", this service can take up to approx 3 working days, normally they are delivered quicker than this but occasionally it can take longer especially at peak times of the year such as the run up to Christmas when the post service is busy.

DM7035 and 7040's we use APC overnight a specialist next working day courier, we also use APC for delivery of multiple demisters. This is a good service but sometimes things can go wrong and it is beyond our control.

Most demisters are delivered within 2 working days, if you need them in an urgent manner its best to inform us via the telephone on 01274 568 536 or send an email to sales@warmfloorsonline.com telling us they are urgent, otherwise we wont know!
