WarmFloors Carbon Heating Film is designed specifically to go under engineered wood and laminate floors. With a thickness of only 6mm it can be installed under the most restricted of floor heights.

Because every carbon heating system is made to measure we require a simple floor plan before we can design and supply a heating system for your room.

If your room is square/rectangular with no obstructions then confimation of the dimension by email will be fine, just quote the order number and the room name plus its internal dimensions to the nearest cm, (e.g. 380 x 460cms - Lounge) and we will place the order with the manufacturer.

To work out the size of kit you require simply multiply the length of your room by the width (3.5m x 4.2m = 14.70m²) to get your m² of the room, then select the next kit up, for example if the size of your room was 14.70m² you would need a WFCS15 or if the room was a conservatory you would need a WFCD15 which includes 12mm Depron insulation to help with the higher heat loss. If the room is an irregular shape or has any fixed objects such as kitchen units, fireplaces etc, you will need to provide these on a simple sketch of the room with the dimensions.

This sketch can be emailed, faxed or posted, but please note we cannot start to process your order without a sketch or the dimensions. Carbon film is supplied as standard at 130w per m², but if your room is a conservatory we recommend the higher output 160w per m² and a double layer of Depron insulation (12mm).

The carbon film system is NOT suitable for installation in a bathroom, this is because its not an earthed product.

Installing this System in a Conservatory...

If your installing the carbon film in a conservatory it is recommended that you purchase a system with 12mm Depron insulation (2 x 6mm layers) to combat greater heat loss.
