A great big thank you for all your advice and guidance. As a complete novice I approached the job of laying under-floor heating in my conservatory with trepidation. You advised me on the amount of materials I needed and how I should proceed. During the job I had lots of questions on techniques and each time I called you were patient and gave lots of tips. The materials you provided were excellent and I have now completed the laying of insulation boards, heating mats on top and finished with self levelling latex. You made what I perceived a hard job, easy.

Just a note to express my thanks for the help, advice and under-floor heating kit that I purchased from you recently. I have now finished the installation which went without a hitch and is working perfectly. I was extremely impressed by the friendly and professional way you handled the transaction from my initial enquiry to delivery – even the minor query I made after the delivery which was immediately resolved.

Installing a new type of heating system is quite a daunting task and I was concerned about the effectiveness of the system – I needn’t have worried. We now have a new laminate floor and a beautifully heated environment. My next project will be the bedrooms! I shall naturally be in touch with you again when we are ready to order our next kit.
