Where can it be used?

Specially formulated for use with electric underfloor heating systems, this primer can be used on concrete, tile backer boards, brick, blocks, walls and most surfaces. The idea behind this primer is to help reflect the heat back into the room by forming a thermal barrier. This is not a substitute for tile backer insulation boards, the perfect solution if you have the floor height is to install warmboards.

Installation of Therma-Coat™ is really easy, simply apply the primer to the surface wait 2-4hrs for it to dry and then carry on installing the underfloor heating system as normal.

Therma Coat™

How much energy can it save me?

It can reduces energy loss by up to 20%

Greatly reduces warm up times for underfloor heating systems and can increase the floor temperature by +2ºC difference with the same energy.

The technology behind this primer is done by the surface being coated with a film of ceramic spheres within the primer to form a thermally efficient barrier. See the diagram on the right.

What size bottles is it available in?

Available in 1,2,3 & 4 litre sealed containers, a 1 litre bottle will give you coverage of up to 16m²
