We are proud to supply WarmBoards manufactured by PCS - the british based maufacturer of tile backer boards.

Our WarmBoards Tile backer insulation board is particularly suited to under-tile heating systems in practically any room. Insulating on top of an existing un-insulated concrete or wood floor will reduce warm up times & running costs and maximise the benefits of your underfloor heating.

WarmBoards need to be fixed to the subfloor using a couple of methods. If your fixing directly on to a concrete floor then simply use a flexible tile adhesive to bond them down, alternatively if its a timber subfloor you have, then just use some galvanised screws and washers and overboard at 15 screws per board.

Tile backer boards are available in 6mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm & 60mm thick.

Board Sizes are 1200mm x 600mm (eq to 0.72sqm) Minimum on-line order quantity 6 sheets unless bought with an undertile system.

Load bearing - 30 tonnes/m2
Light - 10mm boards weigh only 2.96 kg/m2
High U value to BSEN 13164 - 2.9 W/m2K for 10mm boards.
The end result is that by laying the heating element on top of the WarmBoards, a warm floor can be achieved in as little as 10 minutes from switching on.
